Add all your spices to a small bowl; cumin, paprika, coriander, chipotle, and chili powder.
Set your slow cooker on a kitchen countertop. Add all the ingredients for your three bean chili, including spices, to the slow cooker.
Mix everything together.
Place the lid on top, turn on the slow cooker, and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours.
Serve in a bowl with a small spoonful of sour cream and a sprinkle of chili powder.
