Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 10.58 ounces grilled pork
  • 1 passion fruit

Vegetables

  • 8.82 ounces fried potatoes
  • 2.65 ounces cherry tomatoes
  • 3 medium cucumbers
  • 1 medium red onion
  • 2.65 ounces small red radishes about 2.65 ounces
  • 11.4 ounces small head of lettuce about 11.4 ounces

Others

  • 1.76 ounces roasted peanuts
  • 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1.5 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons honey

Instructions 

  • Rinse the vegetables and let them drain. Cut the tomatoes and passion fruit in half. Cut the cucumber, red radishes, and red onion into small slices.
  • Remove the core of lettuce and cut the lettuce into large chunks. Scoop out the pulp and seeds of the passion fruit. Mix them with mayonnaise, honey, and salt in the bowl.
  • Stir vigorously until well blended.
  • In a large dish, combine lettuce, red onion, tomatoes, cucumber, radishes, fried potatoes, and grilled pork. Drizzle with passion fruit dressing, toss, and garnish with peanuts, sesame seeds, or other nuts/seeds.
