Ingredients

1 Egg Can Be Replaced with

  • 60 grams yogurt or buttermilk
  • 65 grams applesauce
  • 65 grams pureed bananas
  • 15 grams vinegar
  • 60 grams nut butter
  • 30 grams condensed milk
  • 5 – 8 grams protein powder
  • 60 grams silken tofu
  • 60 ml carbonated water
  • 45 ml aquafaba
  • 30 grams arrowroot powder
  • 60 grams mashed avocado

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Pour the brownie mix, melted butter, water, and the egg substitute into a large bowl. Whisk until well combined.
  • Grease and line a brownie pan with parchment paper.
Pour the batter into the pan and bake it for 40 to 45 minutes.
  • Remove the brownie from the oven and take them out of the pan. Place your brownie on a wire rack and let cool for 30 to 60 minutes before cutting. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Adding cocoa powder, coffee, and vanilla extract are great ways to elevate your brownies.
  • If you want to make the flavor richer, consider swapping water for milk.
  • For fans of sweet treats, serving the brownies with a dollop of ice cream or some sprinkles on top is not a bad idea.
  • Preheating your oven ensures even heating, so do not neglect this step.
  • Too little or too much of any ingredients can lead to bad brownies. Make sure to stick to the instructions on the package.
  • Keep the oven closed while baking. I know that you're excited, but opening it too frequently can result in uneven baking.
  • Make sure that you allow the brownie to rest before cutting.
