Place your bacon rashers on a plastic chopping board, use a small, sharp knife to dice your bacon into ¼-inch by ¼-inch pieces. Set aside.Get your crockpot ready for use. Add the beans, bacon, and the rest of your ingredients to the crockpot.
With a large spoon, mix together all the baked beans ingredients until everything is evenly combined.
Set your crockpot to high and cook for 3 hours. Alternatively, you can cook the beans on low heat for 6 hours.
Sprinkle some pepper on the beans. Serve hot and enjoy!
- Using a plastic chopping board to cut your bacon is much more hygienic as this kind of board is easier to clean.
