Bring a pot of water to a boil. When the water comes to a rapid simmer, season with a little salt. Add the farfalle pasta and cook for 8 minutes over medium heat. Gently stir the pasta from time to time.
Once the pasta is cooked to al dente, drain it by using a sieve. Transfer the pasta to a large bowl.
Allow the pasta to cool for about 2 minutes.
Season the pasta with olive oil, grated Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir well using a spatula.
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for 5 minutes. Spread the seasoned pasta evenly in the air fryer basket.
Air fry the pasta for 5 minutes at 400°F.
After the 5-minute mark, use tongs or a spatula to flip the pasta.
Continue to cook the pasta for another 2 minutes until it's golden brown and crispy.
Remove the pasta chips from the air fryer basket.
Enjoy them with ketchup or your favorite dipping sauce.
