Saute the onions and ham in olive oil over medium-high heat for 5 - 7 minutes.In the meantime, reheat the oven to a medium temperature (350°F). Beat the eggs and milk well with a whisk.
Whisk the Bisquick baking mix, the egg mixture, salt, and ground black pepper thoroughly together.
Add the vegetables, sauteed ham, caramelized onions, and two-thirds of the Cheddar cheese to the bowl. Use a silicone spatula to mix everything thoroughly.
Brush the casserole pan with olive oil before pouring the quiche mixture into it. Top with the remaining Cheddar cheese. Bake the quiche for about 40 minutes in the oven.
Let the quiche cool for about 10 minutes. Sprinkle it with green onions and parsley before serving.
- The total cooking time is for preparing 4 servings.
- You can spray the casserole pan with cooking spray instead of using olive oil.
- If you use frozen veggies, drain them well. Meanwhile, watery veggies should be cooked lightly before being mixed with the other ingredients.
