Ingredients

  • 3.5 ounces Vietnamese pork sausage & cinnamon pork pate
  • 1 ounce pork liver pate
  • 1 ounce Vietnamese mayonnaise
  • 2.5 fluid ounces garlic soy sauce
  • 3.5 ounces Vietnamese pickled vegetables
  • 1 Vietnamese baguette
  • Condiments: Chili sauce and mayonnaise
  • Vegetables: 1 medium-sized cucumber, chili, green onion.

Instructions 

  • Wash, rinse the green onions and cucumber, then let them dry. Cut the cucumber and chili. Julienne green onions.
  • Use a small knife to slice the baguette lengthwise. Don't split the bread too deeply.
  • Take a sufficient amount of pate and spread it evenly inside the bread. Then spread a layer of Vietnamese mayonnaise sauce over the pate.
  • Gradually add other ingredients like cucumber, green onions.
  • And then put a few slices of chili, pickled vegetables.
  • After that, sprinkling garlic soy sauce.
  • Add the Vietnamese pork sausage and cinnamon pork pate inside the bread. Drizzle chili sauce and mayonnaise over the filling. Enjoy!
