Ingredients

  • 14 ounces of canned sardine
  • 1 ounce of pork liver pate
  • 1 ounce of Vietnamese-style mayonnaise
  • 2.5 ounces of garlic sauce
  • 3.5 ounces of pickled carrots and daikon
  • 1 baguette loaf
  • Condiments: Chili sauce and mayonnaise
  • Vegetables: Medium-sized cucumber, chili pepper, green onions, coriander, lettuce, etc.

Instructions 

  • Rinse all vegetables and leave them aside to drain. Afterward, slice your cucumber and chili peppers into thin slices. Julienne the green onions.
  • Slit the baguette along the side. Apply the pork pate evenly inside the bread, followed by a layer of Vietnamese-style mayonnaise.
  • Continue filling your bread with cucumber, green onions, pickles, chili pepper, and sardine. Then, drizzle the chili sauce, mayonnaise, and garlic sauce on top.
