Ingredients

  • 1.1 pounds chicken tenders
  • 1.5 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil

For the honey mustard sauce

  • 2.5 tablespoons honey
  • 2.5 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar or lemon juice

Instructions 

  • Put the chicken tenders into a large bowl. Season them with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper powder, dried thyme, oregano, and basil. Toss well to coat.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees F for about 5 minutes. Spray a layer of olive oil on the basket.
  • Put the chicken tenders into the air fryer.
  • Air fry the chicken tenders at 400 degrees F for 10 minutes. Flip the chicken after 5 minutes.
  • To make the honey mustard sauce, mix honey, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, yellow mustard, and white vinegar (or lemon juice).
  • Serve the chicken with the sauce. Enjoy!
